The BGSBC Parents'
Association is
open to all parents of pupils who row, rowing staff and senior pupils.
Although the meeting is run as a committee meeting (see minutes)
it is
open to all....just turn up and you will be made welcome.
The meetings
are usually business like and don't go on too long!!
The
Parents' Association exists to support the staff and rowers, by
arranging fundraising to help provide extra items of
equipment, social events, publicity for the club at school
events
such as Open Day and the Spring Fair, and support at racing fixtures.
We usually have two social evenings each year, also the Winter Warmer
at lunchtime on the last Saturday of the Autumn term, and
Lunch By The River on the last Saturday of the summer term.
By coming to meetings you can
contribute ideas, help with planning, and become involved in
fundraising
and social events. If you need any more information do turn up to
