A 10 & 13 mm spanner for setting up boats is very useful (especially the 10mm for the riggers). The classic choice is the 'Rigger Jigger' by Teng Tools. These can be bought at regattas for about £6 or ordered from Godfrey's or other online retailers with postage. There isn't always room for a spanner with a ratchet to fit on the riggers nuts.
